3. Regulatory Status
WinTheCard operates skill-based prize competitions within the meaning of section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005. Entry into the draw for each competition is conditional upon correctly answering, within a strict time limit, a question requiring genuine skill, judgement and knowledge. Our competitions are prize competitions, not lotteries or gambling, and the operation of the Website does not require a licence from the Gambling Commission.
Participation is restricted to persons aged 18 or over.
Our services and marketing are directed at the United Kingdom; residents of other jurisdictions may participate only where lawful in their jurisdiction, as set out in our Terms of Use.

All trademarks, trade names, characters, artwork and images relating to trading cards (including “One Piece Card Game”) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe genuine, authentic physical products offered as prizes. All prize cards are genuine, lawfully acquired retail products. Winning a card transfers ownership of the physical card only and does not transfer or license any intellectual property rights in the artwork, characters or trademarks depicted on it.
All other content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of CARD VAULT COLLECTIBLES LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
